In 1975, a study conducted by Jerry Fryrear of Tulane University and Mary Ammerman with Murfreesboro City Schools was conducted on photography, children, and self-esteem. The results of this study showed a 37% increase in the self-esteem related behaviors of the young students who participated. Photography can have a huge impact on your children’s self-esteem and how they view their place in the world and your family unit.
